You are in control of your information.
You can ask us to delete your data, stop using the app at any time, and choose whether to use the app’s optional features. For full detail on how your information is handled, see the privacy policy.
What you can choose.
Request deletion of your data
You can ask us to delete the information held for you in the app. Contact the practice using the details below and quote your patient number. We will action your request and confirm once it is done. Deleting app data has no effect on your clinical care.
Pause or stop using the app
You can stop using the app at any time. Removing the app from your device removes the local copy of your information. Your clinical care is not affected, and you can sign in again later if you wish.
Update your information
If your details are out of date or incorrect, contact the practice and we will update them for you.
Choose whether to use optional AI features
The food-photo and nutrition-estimate features in the calorie tracker are optional. They send the photo or description you provide to OpenAI, a service provider located in the United States. The app asks for your consent before the first use, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the app’s Privacy screen. If you prefer not to send anything overseas, simply do not use those features.
Marketing and advertising
We do not use your information for marketing or advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers. There is nothing you need to opt out of.
